Arke is from Foshan and graduated from an art college in Guangzhou.
He has consistently worked in the field of visual arts.毕业于广州美术学院，长期专注于美妆品牌视觉建设

2018—2022 | 逸仙集团 视觉副总监
Led visual teams for Perfect Diary, DR.WU, Abby's Choice, and Recollage, while contributing to the visual identity
development and team building of Pink Bear. Established visual systems for multiple brands from the ground up
covering product, e-commerce, and digital channels, while building and managing a 33-person design team.
负责完美日记、DR.WU、完子心选及悦可再等品牌视觉团队，并参与 Pink Bear 的品牌视觉建设与团队组建。
主导多个品牌视觉体系从0到1建立，覆盖产品、电商及线上全渠道应用，组建并管理30余人设计团队。
2022—至今 | CCM上美集团 视觉总监
Currently responsible for the visual direction, team development, and omnichannel execution of KANS. Built and
managed a multidisciplinary visual team of over 90 people, covering branding, e-commerce, Douyin, packaging,
photography, video, 3D, and AI-driven visual creation.
Also responsible for the Group's corporate visual identity and the visual direction of its brands, including Baby Elephant
One Leaf, Atiser, hello kitty, and Cui Yutao.
现负责韩束品牌视觉方向、团队建设与全渠道视觉落地，组建并管理90余人的综合视觉团队，涵盖品牌、电商、抖音、包装、
摄影、视频、3D及AI视觉等专业板块。
同时负责集团视觉，以及红色小象、一叶子、聚光白、崔玉涛等集团旗下品牌的视觉工作。
